Wilton Anderson joined Richmond Sprouse, LLC as an associate attorney in 2012. His practice consists of real estate, homeowners associations, trust and estate planning, probate, business and civil litigation related to those areas. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Illinois and the United States District Court for the Tenth Circuit.
Originally from southern Wisconsin, Wilton ventured to Boulder for his undergraduate degree before briefly returning to the Midwest to attend law school at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois. Shortly after graduation, Wilton and his wife, Alyssa, headed west. After spending several years in Denver, and then Vail, they made Frisco their home in 2013, just in time for the birth of their son, Oliver.
Before joining the firm Wilton practiced with Broomfield law firm that specialized in tax, collections, business law, non-profit, estate planning, probate and civil litigation, and before that, he served as in-house counsel at a Denver, Colorado sales and marketing company. During law school, he interned at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Illinois Department of Financial, Professional Regulation – Division of Banking.
Wilton and Aly, a HOA manager with Summit HOA Services, spend their free time skiing, hiking, biking and fly-fishing, wondering how Ollie could possibly be growing up so fast and, in general, enjoying everything that life in the Rocky Mountains has to offer.
